Keeping the pounds off, and eating healthy, delicious foods! That's the dream for every fat kid out there. I bought and will continue to purchase these Taste of Home Diet cook books every time they are published. Couldn't be organized any more effectively either. Organized by meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner entres, snacks, sides, etc) then by calories per serving (100 calorie dishes up to 500 calorie dishes). Fantastic idea really! if you choose to make a higher calorie dinner entre, then choose a lower calorie side to keep your calorie intake low. I'm not using this book for a diet purpose to lose weight, but more so to learn to eat healthier and find healthier subsitutes for fatty foods. Taste of Home always has great home cooking recipes, so that's why I love them so much!
